What does PRL 50208 mean? I dialed *228 and selected menu item 2. I am on
the America's Choice Plan.

Not sure what the question is... When you do a *228 (option 2) you
get the latest PRL (Preferred Roaming List) that matches your phone
and plan. (If your phone supports it you also get the matching ERI -
Extended Roaming Indicator). The PRL is an "ordered" list of preferred
signals that your phone can use. The phone uses this to determine what
signal it should use if there is more than one present. Once a signal is
selected, if the phone supports ERI (and most do any more), the PRL
also indicates which indicator to display from the ERI list -- Verizon,
Extended Network, ROAMING.

The PRL list needs a name so you know which list you are using and
so VZW can keep track of them. So when you do a *228 next time
you will be able to see if you got a new PRL or not.

If you already knew that and were asking what the changes were
in 50208 then you need to find a website where somebody has decoded
it and listed the changes/additions in coverage.
