I want to Build a Custom PC designed for Playing Games such as The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and Battlefield 3.

I'm not that Knowledgeable of the Ins and Outs of Desktop PC's.

I'm not Sure about Overclocking, but I am interested.

My Budget is $2500

The Machine will be used for Gaming.

I would like the machine to Run TES:Skyrim on the Highest Possible detail.

I'm not sure what resolution i will be playing on because i have not Bought a monitor for the machine yet.

No i wont be using Multiple Monitors

If someone could Please assist me i would be very thankful.

This is easy, I just got the ZT Affinity, it has 16 Gigs of RAM, i7 Processor but the graphics card is intel integrated, So I bought a HIS Radeon HD 6790 which is great. I run Crysis 2 on the highest level and the witcher 2 on all highest details, Smoothly. it will come out to 950, I believe.

If your budget is 2500 I suggest going with Tom's Hardwares $2000 gaming machine. that beast will handle anything you throw at it for awhile. Link provided! http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/system-builder-gami... . If you straight follow that you will have an amazing computer. If you have any more specific questions feel free to ask. Also keep in mind that budget does not include an operating System or monitor, so you can add those in for about $300 more. Good luck!
