I'm looking for a "Fraps-like" program that will let me see my GPU temps/Usage while gaming in full-screen, and I'm having a little trouble. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

More about : gpu temps game

HWMonitor will give you min/Max readings

You should try either Riva tuner or Msi afterburner, which has riva tuner with it.
If you got a discrete graphics card, i'd go with msi afterburner(which already has riva tuner[msi on screen display]), prolly the most flexible program out there.

Link for afterburner: http://event.msi.com/vga/afterburner/download.htm

But.. HWmonitor's just fine too , but you wont be able to see your temps whilst gaming.

Download MSI Afterburner.
For example

HWMonitor can also display the temps, but only the temps, and that too you'll have to alt-tab out of the game to check it. :)

If you have a nVidia card downlaod and install http://www.evga.com/precision/

You can monitor temps of cpu, PCB etc etc and set your own fan speed profiles.

MSI Afterburner 2.2 (BETA) works fine with DX11 games. You're right for the previous version though. I installed 2.2 yesterday and it successfully displayed everything on-screen in Deus Ex: HR.
