BFBC2 Fps Drops

Hello again guys.
I need some help.
I have recently upgraded my computer. I purchased a Radeon HD 6770 Gigabyte edition with 1GB of Video RAM and also a new Corsair 600w power supply.
Recently I have been playing a lot of BFBC2 in readiness for BF3 and at the start I could max it out at 30-40fps no problem at 1680x1050. Then I started noticing these little frame rate drops every 3 seconds or so. Just little ones but about 10 frames loss EVERY 3 seconds. I turned off bloom, turned down the Settings etc. but these little drops where still there. It makes the game impossible to play.
I am running at 3.0 GHZ on pentium Dual-Core processor and I have 4 GB's of RAM. My monitor is 1680x1050 and as I have previously mentioned I am running a Single HD 6770.
Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

This could be a problem with overheating of your GPU.
Download HWMonitor and check your temps while gaming.
