Ultrium 230 (C7400A) do not load tapes any longer

Hi!

After a mechanical damage of one of my LTO cartridges I had to remove
the cartridge manually by spinning the black wheel on the right side of
the chassis.

But now my Ultrium drive do not load tapes any longer.
The cartridge moves into the drive and then it is lift down.
Then the pickup right beside the cover of the cartridge moves toward
the tape till it reaches the limitation (the screw). It twitches three
times and then the "Ready"-LED flashes and I have to power down the
drive to remove the cartridge.

How can I fix this error?

I have seen that there are arrows on the big gear-wheel and also on the
small one at the top left of the big wheel. When the cartridge is
unloaded the arrow on the big gear-wheel points to the mark on the
chassis. But the arrow on the small gear-wheel do not.
