Oblivion error code 84

Hello, whenever I try to start up Oblivion OR Morrowind, it will say Oblivion (or Morrowind) as failed to start: Error code 84. I have a Lenovo ThinkPad with an intel i5 vPro processor with Windows 7. I bought and downloaded both games through Steam, but I can play other games through Steam and they don't crash. Someone help, please?

Did you install the them in the right order ?
Morrowmind first and then Oblivion.
