Did anyone experience high CPU (99%) on this device ? What can I do to
fix this problem ?
Unfortunately there isn't any macro cause to give this behavior:
intraswitch ports with right settings (1000Full), few ports active and
not overloaded.

It was due to a virus. The traffic generated by the infected machines
wasn't so high but both switches and firewall had 99% of CPU usage.
