Dual Athlon Motherboards

Has anyone messed around with these....any suggestions, just trying to get a feel if its worth the investment or should I stick with Dual Pentium chip set....and advise would be helpfull....TIA

If your looking for maximum stability out the box then no. But if you dont mind spending a couple of days getting it to run smooth then go for it. It is a better performer overall than a P3 solution. A friend of mine has two of them and he doesnt have any complaints. A full setup can get pretty expensive, anywhere from $2500-$3500 depending on what you want to do.

And what do you want to use it for,
