anyone used spring clean? any good?

my photo pc is starting to act up a bit (been two years without any hassle so i can't complain really) so i was thinking of getting it to see if a quick sweep of the registry (and any orphaned files i don't know about) would do it any good.

opinions?

I just downloaded CleanMyPC registry thingie from pctools.com.
It works.. the trial will only let you do 2 fixes per sweep.. which is a pain.. but I.. 'registered' it and I can say that it actually works.. or that I haven't seen any problems from it yet..

As for the program you mentioned.. don't think I've heard of it.. but then again, there are so many out there, no one knows them all..
