Need Advice on Motherboards

Hi,
First time poster here and need some advice on which motherboard combo to get. I only have about $150 to spend. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

what lpatform you want to go?

For Intel Pentium-III:
Asus TUSL2-C or CUSL2-C in that order

For AMD Athlon:
Asus A7A266 or A7M266 or A7V133 in that order

I suggest the ECS K7S5A for only $62 at cdr express, with an athlon 1.4. The prices on the 1.4 have been dropping steadily. Check pricewatch for the best deals. If you are currently using sdram and your budget is strict, go for a combo deal. The athlon 1.2 combo (for 200 megahurtz, which works with both pc100 and pc133) starts at $140. Be aware that these cpu's require a 250-300 watt power supply. If you have been using an older system, you may have to upgrade the power supply.

I was thinking about going with the AMD. Thanks for your suggestions I will check them out.
