Switch from 64 bit to 32 Bit Windows 7

Wipe the drive and reinstall the 32 bit version if you have both 32 & 64 bit disks.
If you bought an OEM copy, then you're out of luck as it was supplied only as one or the other, you would need to get hold of the same version OEM version in 32 bit.

You will have to do a complete reformat and reinstall of Windows to convert from 64 to 32 bit. Why do you want to convert? If you have all of the drivers and more than 2 Gig of memory (minimum) stick with 64 bit. If you have less memory than 2 Gig buy some more.
