Hello, I have a problem with online games (cs), I resolved to have 100 fps but when I meet an opponent in front of me drops to 60-70 and smoke up to 30 I can do? I gave the video card settings the performace, vertical sync off in vain, I have Nvidia Geforce 7300 GS SE/7200. Please help me
