I am receiving the following error message:

An error occurred while Windows was working with the
Control Panel file C:\WINNT\system32\netsetup.cpl.

I am running XP PRO and updated to SP2. Can anyone offer
advice as to why this is happening and how to fix
whatever is unhappy?
