Booting SP1 fixes

I need to boot into recovery console (the version of
recovery console that has been "fixed" by service pack
1). I am hung up at a password prompt in recovery
console, and all the docs say this is fixed by service
pack 1. I don't want to spend money on the SP1 CD unless
I know if it is bootable?

Please help.... My laptop does not have a floppy, so I
cannot use the downloadable 6 CD boot set on the Microsoft
web site.

What exactly is your question?

How can I obtain a bootable CD that can get me to the recovery console with
service pack 1 already installed? I can't go to the basic recovery console,
I need to get to the newer one, as the problem I am having with recovery
console has been fixed by service pack 1.

I cant boot into safe mode either, so if I cannot get a bootable CD-ROM with
SP1 integrated, then I am screwed.
