The witcher 2 jumping problems

i've just bought a new HP laptop but when i player the witcher 2 it keeps on jumping and i dont know why i'm sure my laptop is good enough. my specs are-
AMD Phenom II
P960 Quad-core
4 GB RAM
64-bit operating system
windows 7
