Absolute Best Motherboard for Athlon

I recently broke my A7M266 and need to get a replacement for my Athlon 1.4 / 256 MB PC2100 DDR system.

I would like to get the best/fastest/most stable board out there. Probably one that will let me OC without too much trouble and one where the fan (Noisecontrol Silverado) will fit easily.

I recommend the Abit KG7-lite ($140 pricewatch) unless you need raid or 4 DDram slots.
