Bad Cods

Last Night i bought Digital combat Simulator: A-10C Warthog from STEAM,downloading went fine BUT when I started the game it asked me for the activation code,so I went back and got the product code off of my game page and entered it now it says incorect coden,now i can only find the one code I don't know what codes thay are asking for.I went to the support page,sent a notice,NO Help AT ALL.. ?????

Try exiting Steam and re-starting it and then running the game. If the problem persists, you'll be in the hands of Steam Support!

If you right click on the game within steam, I think one of the options is to list the activation code.

Thanks,but I have tryed everything ,I have bought quit a few games on Stream and in one way of the other I have always had some kind of a problem. I think thair are two codes one Product and one activation,I guess I'l will have to keep trying.I hate spending 40.00$ for something I can't use.
