My comp good enough to run diablo3 on max settings?

You could run it to medium settings, probably, but you'd do well to upgrade the system a little bit if you want to play more recent or upcoming games.

Honestly, the answer is NO. This is a dated system. Your video card, nor your CPU, is going to allow you to run at max settings with an acceptable level of performance. Time for an upgrade.

I suggest you develop a budget and then post a thread in the Systems section of the forums. You will get more help than you can imagine.
