new folders apearing

I am running windows xp pro
I am the administrator
My problem is that when I open windows explorer new folders keep apearing
for example

Sam8452369447,
Sam2
Sam3
Sam4
Sam5

You have no firewall or antivirus installed. That is your most important
problem.

You have a virus.
