Every time I turn on my computer, the Quick Launch toolbar
is missing from the Taskbar. I can get it back by right-
clicking on the Taskbar and turning it on, but it is
always gone the next time I turn the computer on. Does
anyone know what the problem is and how I can fix it?

Rt. click on the task bar and click on quick lauch then lock the task bar.
this should take care of it for you.
