Read up on the spec's , both are very simular except for the memory options etc. I have the epox board mainly because the Abit was not available and has the onboard sound which free's up a PCI card slot, and I really dont have a need for over 512mb of ram let alone 2Gb/4Gb of registerd memory anyway! The epox 8K7A+ raid is an excellent Overclockers board and is very stable and has some interesting features on it. I dont know how the Abit KG7 raid is for overclocking. .anyone?

Another for KG7-RAID. It's da best 760 board I think for ocers.
