i'm too cheap to get a new mobo(the one i have right now is OLD), and i'm getting a p3 733 133fsb soon. will the 440LX chipset be compatible with p3 processor running at 133fsb?

It's not possible, first is the CPU voltage is normally not supported on your LX board, and second, LX runs at 66MHz FSB, which means your P3 733 will become P3 366 even if the voltage works.

My old i440LX MB supports up to the Celeron 533 (Mendocino- PPGA).
Intel officially says that the i440LX can't work with the coopermine core. So even the new coopermine celerons with 66Mhz of FSB won't work.
