just bought a cpu last week..1ghz...PIII...on an TUSL2-C...but today i got an offer...PIV 1.7 GHZ 478 pin ..both processors are the SAME price!!!!!but the only MB i could find is the one with the intel 845 chipset that only accepts sdram....all in all...for the same price i can get a PIV 1.7 GHZ with sdram for the same price of a´1GHZ PIII with sdram also...so which should i go for guys.....help pls urgent....i have to close the deal in about 4 hours

Next week, a new board from AZZA with the Via P4x266 chipset for ddram will be out for about $110 (pricewatch). It is for socket 478. Normally, I wouldn't recommend AZZA boards, but this board may be one of only a few to use this chipset. This board and a 1.7 socket 478 (purchased separately) will set you back about $340 or so.
