kg7 bios settings

anyone know of a site that explains the softmenu settings on the abit kg7 (i need more tweaking info)
also after updating the bios (already) with the latest version the memory has had to be slowed down to keep it stable.
before bios update it ran @ CL 2 /turbo
now it only runs stable @ CL 2.5 /fast
the bios update says it corrects ddr voltage settings
but as far as i can tell its still running at same voltage now as it was before
do you think i should just go back to previous bios or could this damage my ddr ram???
spec: 512 mb crutial 2100

What ver. BIOS are you using?? The 4J is noted as changing "compatibility of DDR" whatever the hell that means. The one you mentioned sounds like 3Y. I haven't had any problem so I'm not upgrading yet.
