Search ???

Ok,i hope im in the right place.For some reason adress
bar in IE has changed,it now searches threw something
called Sir Search(which i hate).I have tried all the
regesty key fixs and the tweaks but it is still there.I
do have a program in my program files called 1800search
but i cant get it to uninstall,when i click to uninsall
it freezes,could someone PLEASE help me.
