RAID 0 probs

The problem I am having is that I am attempting to install windows 2000 onto a RAID 0 partition and setup does not detect a mass storage device during setup. I press F6 during setup and give it the following driver: Promise Ultra100TM IDE Controller (PDC20265) Driver (for A7V133 with Promise Ultra100 IDE raid controller)
raid0or1.zip.

I have already successfully installed windows 2000 on this same system in the past so I am confused why I am having this issue now. The hardware in the system is two identical IBM GXP75 30GB drives. An Asus A7V133 with the most current bios version - AVU1005A.awd, AMD Thunderbird 1Ghz CPU.

Any help would be appreciated...

Sounds like did all the right steps.

One thing about your post that concerns me is that it appears as though you gave the OS a zip (that contained the driver) file during the install.

You'll have to put the driver, unzipped, on a floppy.

If you did that, then I have no idea why it wouldn't install.

At work we have to use the "F6" option in order to get the installer to find our RAID controllers (not a Promise), and it works fine.
