Minimum:
OS: Windows XP
Processor: Core2Duo 2.66 GHz
Memory: 1 GB RAM
Graphics: ATI 2600XT 512MB VRAM (GeForce 8600GT)
DirectX®: DirectX 9.0C
Hard Drive: 2.0 GB available hard drive space
Other: keyboard, mouse

Recommended:
OS: Windows 7
Processor: Core2Duo 2.66 GHz
Memory: 4 GB RAM
Graphics: GeForce 9600 (1GB)
DirectX®: DirectX 9.0C
Hard Drive: 2.0 GB available hard drive space
Other: keyboard, mouse

OMG 2.66ghz? Why is so damn heavy? I tested my specs on this website http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/

and it passed, I don't know why.. I have Intel Core 2 Duo E6420@2.13ghz. It said I can run the game, but the system requirement said Intel Core 2 Duo 2.66ghz... I don't know who to trust.

I'm not after the recommended settings for this game, I just want it to run in my PC so I can play it.

Here is a screenshot to show you:

I think you'll be able to run it, but you may need to turn all the graphic settings to low. I recommend a hardware upgrade if you're going to be playing modern games on your PC :p

It is odd that both the minimum and recommended CPU is C2D 2.66GHz. There are some rumors that the minimum CPU is actually C2D 1.8GHz. Best way to know is to search for a gameplay video with a CPU similar to yours and see how the game plays.

True ^^
Well it will run, but you will have to turn down some settings for good fps, as Facepalm suggested.
