When I run the disk cleanup, if it removes a file that I don't want it to,
is there was way to get it back?


(I'm only 12 trying to fix my computer so I may have a lot more questions)

Hi Charles, this link should tell you more about Disk Cleanup, what it removes etc
and the options available so you don't remove files that you want.
