How can I NOT have the text underlined of the desktop
icons and the contents of folders in windows explorer when
I hover the mouse pointer over them? Seems to be a default
value but unable to find a way the change it. Also the
background color of the text seems to be always RED. When
you move the pointer away from the Icon, the color changes
back to WHITE. I cannot seem to find a way to change the
color either. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
