SP2, installed via Microsoft's CD, or via the web, locked
up my Intel CF-EG65/82865G motherboard, Intel P4 2.8, Award
BIOS PC at the Splash screen, as well as at all Safe Mode
or Restore options on reboot. I reformatted and fresh
installed 4 times. SP2 hung every option every time. I
lost 7.9 GB backup.bkf. ASR is useless. My Windows XP Pro
was purchased retail and licensed to me. This is no way to
treat your paying customers.
