Do a search using Search Boards for what to buy and etc. For right now i am going to buy the Abit KG7 MB. You can read more about it here

A decent M/B is the Asus A7M266 w/AMD 761 chipset, but you may want to wait a little while for Asus to build on the new upcoming KT266A chipset. Read the reviews on this chipset (KT266A) in THG, they are impressive.

Wait for a top-tier motherboard maker to release a SiS735 board. Although the KT266A chipset may be faster, I bet it will still have the same stability and compatability issues as its little cousins if it uses the same southbridge.

Im still betting the "new" southbridge will have lots of bugs--hence, stability and compatability issues.
Get ready to call an exterminator.
Go for SIS!!!

If I may, I'd suggest the Epox EP-8K7a board (EP-8K7a+ if you want RAID). They are very well designed, fast, and full of features. I have never had a problem with mine, and they are pretty inexpensive. Furthermore, I have never heard of someone having a problem with them. Great board.
