system no power ???

I bought a SOYO Dragon motherboard and AMD thunderbird 1.4 and ANTEC full tower and 512mb of DDR RAM. I put everything together and switched the system on. Motherboard LED lit up and LAN jack lit-up. Yet the ATX power supply was not ON even though I plugged into AC outlet. The power supply fan was not turning, CPU fan, chassis fans not turning, hard drive not turning. Whatwent wrong ? Please help !

Just make sure the board isn't shorting out on anything and also make sure you hooked the powerswitch up correctly. Try to reseat everything also.
