probably a silly question, but ... this board has dimm slots for BOTH pc 133 sdram AND ddr ..... does that mean I can use a combo of sdram AND ddr at the same time ... or only one or the other??

I have 512 of sdram right now ... is there an incredible speed difference with the DDR?

With the A7A266, your memory benchmarks in Sandra will go up about 65%. Overall system performance will go up around 10%.

If you want to spend <A HREF="http://www.crucial.com/store/listModule.asp?module=184-pin+DIMM&x=16&y=16" target="_new">$72 for 2 256meg sticks</A> of PC2100 CL2.5, go for it. If not, you'll be fine with SDRAM.
