CUV4x-D problems

I just bought a new (piecemeal) computer. Consisting of the following (or what it's down to for trouble shooting purposes). Asus CUV4x-D, PIII-1GHz Copermine FCPGA, 2x 1/2 Gig DIMMS (PC133), and a GeForce2-200 Video (AGP). When I power on the computer, the power supply, case fan and CPU fan power up. However, no POST codes are emitted from the speaker, and there is no signal out to the Video. I tried with a different video card (that is PCI) and monitor, so I know that's not it. Had the RAM and the CPU tested today in another system, and they came up fine. I'm stumped on this one. Any ideas?
