I have MS XP Pro installed with SP2. I also added the
French MUI files for XP Pro.

After upgrading to SP2, Outlook express gives a dialog box
on opening that says there is an Internet Explorer script
error:
..../OCO40/msoeres.dll frntpage.html

The two choices (continue or stop) seem to have no impact
on continued use of the application, and the box appears
each time Express is started.

I reloaded SP2 and the MUI files, no change.

Any ideas on how to get rid of this box?
