Hi everyone, is there any reason you can think of as to
why my printer would suddenly start taking ages to load
at start-up, no programs will open til it's loaded? My
internet software is extremely slow to connect too
considering it's broadband. I am using Windows XP home
(although the home part of the name appears to have
disappeared since installing windows SP 2) my computer
has Pentium 4 2.4 processor and 768mb of RAM. I have run
Spybot and McAfee Anti-virus. Thanks in advance for any
help

Something is hogging pc resources. Check out task
manager\ processes tab What application has pc resources.

If your printer is a usb connection, You may have to
uninstall drivers via device manager at the appropriate
hub usb, and re-installed your printer drivers.
Need help on device manager? Open help and support and
search for "using device manager"
