Starcraft upgrade?

Hello, iv installed starcraft 2 now it is asking me to upgrade to open the 1 player levels. Do i have to download the "client data file" (7gb) or can i just reenter the cose somewhere?

Did you install the Starter Edition? That may be why it is asking you to upgrade. The Starter Edition is free but has limited content. You have to buy the game to get the rest.
