Real Problem Q: Out of the Vault 200 years too late according to Vaul-Tec computers at certain designations! Seems you missed out on World War II with Germany 1941 + Chinesse Invasion 2077 W.W. III? Does this mean everyone in Vault-Tec and America has been stuck in a Black & White Simulator for 200 years? There are Multiple Factions + No Answers to what really happened or video footage! Did Sweden win vs. America and put everyone in cryogenic sleeping chambers with military simulators? Overseer has no Chain Gun Defense anymore similar to the previous games!

GamePlay Mechanics: Seems to Easy on Hard to beat people up with the Powered Fist, or Mutants fall to Mini-Guns and so Do Enclave with Critical Hits & Finesse! Don't get why stats don't hit 200 Points or Stats hit 12 ,or Points with bonus items simlar to previous games! Think Mutants used to have 12points for Strength and Ghouls 12 for agility, Death Claws had better than 10 stats also in Previous Games! Weapons seem to do too much damage with 90 points in skills, No need for Plasma or Wazer Rifle Even though more economical, Mini-Gun, Flamer, Missile Launcher do too much damage if you hoard alot of supplies! I saved Ammo up to 2000 in energy cells, 2000 micro fusion cells, and big gun ammo at 3000 ran out Gatling lazer seemed like a lazer carbine no spinning chambers so Electron Energy Cells don't run out at 2000!

RealWorld Concepts: 1) Does Napalm Flamethrower Fuel/Sulfuric Acid/Tesla Armor Energy Cells make Plasma Weapons? 2)If you Add Germanium or Vibranium does it Make it an Anti-Matter Cannon from Quake IV? 3)What Country Does Eden work with to get Dark Armor? No Mention of Soviet Union Problems or Russia in this Video Game no Cold War! 4) IS This Game Realistic to Real World Issues or Propaganda? Feels as if your German Enclave or SW-Eden Brotherhood of Steel! Doesn't Feel Like Interplay 3DFX DOD Marine or AREA-51 Troops, especially Overseer with no Chain Guns or Pip-Boy Display!

All in All not Sure who to really clean I side with everyone except Eagle Talon Security Force which seems China Mother Ship Zeta-51 maybe trying to put a hit on you under contract! Need more Undercover Intelligence if those funky aliens angry at you and sending various troops! Seems too Much transeivered human warfare from German Enclave, & SW-Eden having everyone in Virtual Simulation Chambers! Brotherhood of Steel Sweden doesn't seem a team I would side with, more Brotherhood of Steel with renegade outcast armor, seems happy if you deal them Tesla Armor! 200 Years Later and not sure what direction to take really! Incredible Hulk Super Mutants Attacking you, Rangers taking too much contract work such as the Eagle Talon Security Force are they

According to the following link, FO3 diverges from the real timeline sometime after 1918. It seems to suggest that basically up through the end of WWII the difference between historical and FO3 timeline is rather minor. It was not until after WWII that there are vast differences.

You can piece together what more or less happened in the past by reading computer memos, e-mails, and voice recordings. I would say that the creators of the Fallout franchise were real forward thinkers. Of course they could not foresee that the Soviet Union would have crumbled away, but they did realize that China was going to be the new super power to challenge the United States.

Look at current world affairs and economics. Commodity prices are on the rise as world demand for natural resources increases while it becomes more difficult to find more and more resources. Take oil and coal for example. As China is modernizing they are consuming more and more oil and coal for energy. While the US still use the most oil and most likely coal of all nations on Earth, China will be capable of exceeding the US's consumption as China continues to modernize. Copper prices have been on the rise because copper is used to create power lines that carries electricity.

Oil will not last forever. Based on current resources we have already reached or perhaps past the peak production point. Peak production point means that half of the known global oil reserves have been pumped out already. At this point in time it becomes more expensive to drill out / pump out the remaining reserve, thus increasing the price of oil. There was a study done a few years ago about oil consumption and oil reserves. It basically stated assuming that there is no increase in oil consumption, current oil reserves will only last until 2060 to 2080 at best.

The future will be a battle for dwindling oil reserves. Taking the current geo-political status of the world the US and the European Union (EU) are on friendly terms and while it may be painful and there will be a lot of in-fighting, the two can probably work out a deal to share the dwindling oil reserves.

China on the other hand, is the wild card. The current government is known for only looking out for China's own best interest. They are very protective of their economy; they really do not allow foreign nations to have too much of a presence in their country. However, China has no fear of limiting free information to their citizens by actively blocking outside information and website that the government think is subversive.

Anywaste... China can only continue to grow it's economy through continual modernization. A decrease of oil and coal imports will definitely limit growth. It is not out of the question that China could initiate a global war for natural resources in the somewhat near future. Not likely, but possible. On September 26th 2011, it was announced that Japan is looking to replace it's fleet of aging F-4 Phantoms with a fleet of about 40 new combat airplanes whether it be Boeing's F-8 Super Hornet, Lockheed Martin's F-35 Joint Strike Fighter, or the Eurofighter Typhoon made by a consortium of European countries. This is due to a resurgent China and its growing military as well as threats from North Korea.

In the end, FO3 is just a game and leave it at that. You can fill any holes with your own imagination.

Thats a Good Post in explaining some of the events in current politics and future problems that can be avoided! What Resources do you accumulate Fuel-Energy Cells-MicroFusion Cells? What Armor do you choose Chromium-Vanadium-Adamantium Sweden or Platinum-Germanium-Vibranium Tesla Armor? All Depends if you have Black hair or Blond Hair fits your personality and traits! What Do you do with the Grey Team's That want Graphite-Irridium-Titanium? They probably want more Green Energy Savings programs blends in with the word and color grey! My Fav. Color is Ceramic Lacon.i.c. Metal gives you the Killer-Nic Edge in MP gaming , not inerested in Dark Metal vs. White Metal! Somewhere in between whichis Neutral to these arguements! What Teams do you side with?
