How do i use more than 1 product for steam games

i brought fable 3 and all the dlc for it and it wont let me use them help me

You'll have to give us more information that that. What exactly is the problem? What error messages do you see?

You often have to unlock these "Extra" DLC through either the publisher's website (if these DLCs are managed directly by the publisher's servers). But ya, Koos is right, more details would allow us to help you better.
