I am having problems with a new custom computer I just acquired. I
can connect to the internet but after anywhere from 2 min to 1 hour I
lose internet connectivity. I switched from i.e to Foxfire with the
same result. I use a dial up connection and if I disconnect and then
reconnect I am good for another period of time. I do not lose the
connection it just stops receiving data but continues to send data. I
installed Zone Alarm but noticed no unusual activity. There is very
little software installed on the machine so I don't know what could be
going on. I use Win XP Pro with SP1, FireFox browser and AVG anti
virus, Ad-Aware se and Spybot. All modem drivers are up to date. Any
help would be greatly appreciated.

TIA
Jm
