missing .dll file unable to connect to internet

missing .dll file unable to connect to internet. how do
i use the start up disk to replace the file? dont have
the full file name but something like cscm.dll file
missing send error report. other computer is not here it
is at home. have put in start up disk selected r for
repair and i get the a prompt what do i do from there? TIA

Check the error in Event Viewer. Google for the name of the file when
you find it. It just might be a trojan.
