Use Backup Utility to Backup to CD-RW?

I am having problems using Backup Utility Too. Is it
possible to use the Utility to backup files to a CD-RW cd?
So, Can I use the Backup Utility to burn a backup CD?

Hey Carey--THANKS for that fast and extremely helpful
information. It answered my question exactly! I had
emailed Dell and they just emailed me info on how to use
a cd burner but did not answer my question. BUT you did.
