If you just take a closer look in the PC Gaming subforum, you will see a LOT of threads about this game, including the opinions of some of the guys who are into beta testing right now. What you're doing right now is beating a dead horse, just because you fail you use to search function, mate.

So, to give a short answer to your question, although I do advise you to search and read those other threads, the game will mostly run on medium to low settings on your system. It pretty much depends on the resolution you're planning to play the game at, and the details you set for the game, DX 11 or DX 10 as well.

A GTS 250, should handle the game on mid to low settings and at a decent resolution.
At what resolution are you playing at.
You might as well, upgrade the GPU too if you want better performance. :)

What is your current CPU?
