Problems with Asus CUV4XE plus Internal Zip100

I've had problems integrating Asus CUV4XE and internal IDE Zip100. Before instalation, the machine freeze when I format the data cartridge or try make any copy to it.
I've tried to do several configurations into SETUP but I have not get much success. Is there any solution for this issue? I would really appreciate if anyone could help me.

Look around in Asus's Knowledgebase site, I'm sure I've seen this issue mentioned there and it's solution.
