Too many applications?

I frequently get the following message from C:\Documents
and Settings\ My Name\Desktop\downloads\persfw.exe.
UsrsltMd5AddApp: You have too many applications already
registered! The message wants me to click OK, but it
pops up repeatedly, and I sometimes have to click 20-30
times before it stops. What does this mean, and what
should I do? Thanks for any help you can offer.

That looks like an old Kerio or Tiny personal firewall executable. You
probably have exceeded the number of rules or something. Perhaps it's
time to pare down the md5 list or application path list.
