Screen recording errors

So recently I have had some problems with Fraps, and Camtasia recorder. They both worked fine before, but suddenly started giving me weird errors and problems. On the Fraps side I get errors trying to play the video in Windows Media Player, and any other video software. WMP tells me "Windows Media Player encountered an error trying to play this file", and other software simply give me a black screen. The file however works somewhat if I convert it to another file, but I get no audio.

Camtasia (Not the editor) on the other hand gives me a black screen when it plays video files. It's frustrating me, and I need to be able to record videos for YouTube.

You can update your graphic drivers and also can install proper codec pack for media player.
