When I click on the start button, as I move my mouse over the Icons they
flash and it always defaults to the bottom ICON. When I open up Internet
Explorer the page will default to the bottom and not allow you to scroll to
the top. After a period of time the problem will disapear but then return. I
have done a virus scan and also did a search for spy ware and found nothing.
I have even tried online scans and have come up empty handed.

I would appreciate anyones input.
