Cynthia old pc game

Hello,
does anyone remember an old pc game, I believe it was called simply "Cynthia"? It was that game about a woman, she was searching the swamp for something, I remember she had to use chemicals or potions, there were a lot of mysterious creatures in the swamp & I remember when you crossed the mire barefoot without using the fallen tree, a skeleton's hand would come out of the marsh and drag Cynthia down. Does anyone remember how that game was really called? Please help
