Abit TH7-II is the best on out right now. Overclockable and Socket 478, which means futer processor compatability. If you look for a P4 on Pricewatch they list the 1.7GHz S478 P4 in their main listing, but if you do a search you'll find many venders also have other speed in this socket, the S478 1.5GHz is around $130.
