All of a sudden when I log onto the internet my computer keeps freezing up.
I've run spybot, and Norton Antivirus and everything is clean. Can any one
help with suggestions on what could be wrong and other solutions to my
problem?
I'm using Windows XP, and I log onto the internet thru AOL.

Hi

Do you get any error messages? Are they any entries in the Event Viewer
that may point to freezing problem?

I was reading in PC Magazine that MS has implemented overflow
protection in SP2 (if you cpu can handle it). That is if the system
detects that there will be a buffer overflow, it will lock the system,
and not allow the buffers to be overrun. This may be what is happening
to you.
